Tutto Sfoglia has a grand selection of cured meats, sliced to order, that include sorpressato piccante, spicy salami, a true Bolognese mortadella studded with pistachios, imported prosciutto either from Parma or San Daniele, and cacciatorini, little dry sausages from Tuscany. Our cheese selection features our own, made-on-Nantucket goat cheese with milk from our goats, Lily and Twister, and also includes an unusual collection of imported Italian formaggi; fresh asiago, ubraiaco in prosecco, a “drunken” cow’s milk cheese from the Veneto, various robiola, a soft cheese from Lombardia that can be made with two, or three different kinds of milk, as well as the traditional Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, and mozzarella di buffalo.
We offer all that you’ll need to make the perfect cocktail party. After a day at work or at the beach stop by for some of our chicken liver pate alla Toscana, goat cheese terrine, marinated olives, freshly baked wine biscuits, homemade seasonal jams, an indovinato, well-guessed accompaniment for cheese.
As a matter of fact, leave your platters with us on the way to work or the beach and we’ll fill them with a selection of our food items.
In addition find our antipasti salads. There’s always some sort of beet salad (beets are Ron’s favorite vegetable) roasted fennel with pecorino and balsamic, mozzarella ciliegine - little balls, tossed in basil pesto, and daily specials made with in-season produce.
